Koskey Chepngeno Christine

Koskey Chepngeno Christine is a Master’s student at Egerton University in Kenya, in the Faculty of Environment and Resources Development, department of Natural Resources. She is currently pursuing MSc degree in Natural Resource Management (Forestry option). From a young age, she was interested in nature conservation. Miss Koskey is therefore carrying out her research project which is dealing with “socio- economic impact of hyena predation on livestock around Lake Nakuru National Park and Soysambu Conservancy”.
She is very grateful to RUFORUM through the TAGDev program at Egerton University for the support to carry out her research project. She is  interested in identifying different causes of human hyena conflicts and their mitigation measures which will finally aid in wildlife conservation.
