Women's University in Africa

WUA is a private institution that was co-founded by two visionaries Professor Hope Cynthia Sadza, a former Public Service Commissioner and Dr Fay King Chung the former Minister of Education in Zimbabwe.  It was established in 2002 and granted a Charter by the Government of Zimbabwe in 2004, (Statutory Instrument 130 of 2004).  It is currently operating from its head office located at 549 Arcturus Road, Manresa Park, Harare.

University of Gezira

The University of Gezira was established in 1975 in Wad Madni City in central Sudan. The university is close to one of the biggest agricultural projects in Africa--the Gezira Project. The school's main objective is to supply the project with high-calibre graduates. It is considered to be one of the leading universities in Sudan. It has a community-oriented educational model.

Cairo University

The modern educational system was one of the developments that were witnessed by Egypt in the first half of the nineteenth century. It is closely linked to the political renaissance project that was founded by Mohamed Ali Pasha (1805 ??? 1848). Before Mohamed Ali Pasha's rule, there was no specific educational system at Egypt except Al-Azhar and some schools that were subordinated to mosques and Quran schools at cities and villages, but they were all without connecting system that made of them educational unit.

University of Namibia

The University of Namibia was established by an Act of Parliament, on 31 August 1992. The institution is headed by a Chancellor, which is a titular position, and therefore not directly involved in the day to day running of the institution. The Vice Chancellorship, functions as Chief Executive Officer of the University and reports directly to the University Council. The UNAM Council is the highest decision making body of the University.

International University of Management

Established in 1994 as the Institute of Higher Education, by Hon Prof. David Richard Namwandi, the university was officially launched as the first private university in Namibia on 26th October 2002 by the then state president of the Republic of Namibia, His Excellency Dr. Sam Shafiishuna  Nujoma .  From humble beginnings with only one student, IUM has since grown into one of the top universities in Namibia, Today, IUM has a student population of more than 19 200 students from all over Namibia, African countries, and beyond.

Universidade Zambeze

The Zambezi University ( UniZambeze ) is a legal person governed by public law, with legal personality and enjoys scientific, pedagogical and administrative autonomy. UniZambeze was created by Decree No. 77/2007, of December 18, and began its teaching activities on March 16, 2009 offering to the market 16 courses in 6 colleges.

Universidade Púnguè

Universidade Púnguè is a Mozambican Public University, multicampus, based in the city of Manica. The University emerged from the separation of the Manica and Tete hubs from the Pedagogical University amid the reform in Mozambican Higher Education that took place in 2019. Its primary area of activity is in the provinces of Manica and Tete. The name of the university, as well as most Public Higher Education Institutions in the country, refers to a river, in this case the Púnguè River.
