The Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences at the University of the Free State offers more than 160 internationally accredited undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in three main categories: natural sciences, agricultural sciences, and building sciences. Agricultural sciences is divided into the following departments: agricultural economics (including farms); animal wildlife and grassland sciences; the African Large Predator Research Unit (ALPRU); the Centre for Sustainable Agriculture, Rural Development, and Extension; and soil, crop, and climate sciences.
