Angoku Loyce (Ugandan), is the Senior Finance Officer at the Secretariat and is a member of the Chartered Public Accountants of Uganda (CPA). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting option) obtained in 2004 from Makerere University Business School. Loyce Angoku has twelve years of experience in broad areas of general banking operations having built a career in the sector while working at Centenary Bank in Uganda.

Mrs Sarah Nagitta Mainuka

Mrs Sarah Nagitta Mainuka (Ugandan) is the Office Assistant at the RUFORUM Secretariat since 2004. She comes from Mukono district in central Uganda.  She has experience in Office Management, stock management, photocopying and filing systems. She holds ‘O’ Level Certificate. She has basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Her major role at RUFORUM is to ensure all staff are served with tea on time and all the offices are kept clean and tidy all the time. Mr Latigo Francis

Mr Latigo Francis (Ugandan) is employed as a driver at the RUFORUM Secretariat since 2004. He comes from Pader district in Northern Uganda.  He worked with Verona Fathers in Gulu, Northern Uganda as a driver, 1984-86 and thereafter with the Faculty of Agriculture at Makerere University for 10 years.  His major role at RUFORUM Secretaiat is to provide transport services to both staff and guests and delivering or picking percels. He holds an “O’ Level Certificate.

Mr Lubega Jackson

Mr Lubega Jackson (Ugandan) is a driver at the RUFORUM Secretariat since 2005. He comes from Wakiso district in Central Uganda. He holds a Junior Secondary Certificate of Education. Jackson served at Makerere University as a driver for 25 years and with USAID for 5 years.  His major role is to provide transport services to staff and guests and deliver or pick parcels.

Mrs Awori Esther (Ugandan) is employed at the RUFORUM Secretariat as the Office Assistant. She joined the Secretariat in 2014. Prior to joining the Secretariat Ms. Owori worked with Vine International Christian Academy as the Office Assistant for 5 years.

Mr Ssekyondwa Atanansio

Mr Ssekyondwa Atanansio (Ugandan) is employed at the RUFORUM Secretariat as a Gardener. He joined the Secretariat in 2005. His major role is to keep the compound including flower gardens clean at all the time. He hold a Primary Leaving Certificate and has ten (10) years of experiences in this field at RUFORUM. Prior to joining RUFORUM Mr. Ssekyondwa worked for two years at SPENCON SERVICES as the Gardener.

Mr Lwoita James (Ugandan) is employed at the RUFORUM Secretariat as a Gardener. He joined the Secretariat in 2014. His major role is to maintain the compound clean at all the time.
