Cohort Three Students

Deborah Jepleting is a third-year student at Egerton University taking Bachelor of Science in Dairy Science and Technology in the Faculty of Agriculture. Before joining Egerton University, she had attended Ndalat Girls’ High School where she excelled very well. She started her primary education at Chemnoet Primary School in 2005 and completed in 2012. Deborah has a vision of becoming a successful well known dairy and food scientist. She has experienced financial challenges while pursuing her career but she is glad for the tuition fee support offered by TAGDev program,  that increases her hope of finishing her studies within the stipulated time. She also aspires to be able to work, invent and innovate ideas that will contribute to food security and improvement of livelihoods of the farming communities
