Parallel sessions focusing on thematic issues will be held 27-28 October, 2008. Conveners to pay for Hall hire (US$200) and participation of delegates (US$48 per person per day). Exhibition pavilions have been arranged at US$600 per stand (approx. 6x6m) for duration of the meeting. Smaller stands are also available (see conference website).
Ministerial platform meetings will be held 29-31 October, 2008 consisting of plenary sessions and roundtable discussions.

Visa (for those that require) can be obtained at the Zambian Embassies and at Lusaka International Airport on arrival at approximately US$50 (Subject to currency fluctuation).
Delegates may request for airport pick-up by the Hotels (average cost of US$20).

The organizers expect about 300 delegates including ministers, senior policy makers, development partners, over 50 vice-chancellors, representatives from sub-regional and regional organisations in Africa and others.
