Waswa Moses (Ugandan) is the Technical Specialist Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning at the RUFORUM Secretariat. He comes with over 5 years experience in Agricultural development with emphasis on participatory approaches such as Monitoring and Evaluation. He holds a Master’s degree in Crop Science (Makerere University, 2015) and BSc. Agriculture (Crop Science option) (2010) of Makerere University. Moses started his career as a Research Assistant at National Crops Resources Research Institute (NaCRRI) in 2009, before joining RUFORUM in 2016. He has hands on experience with on-farm and on-station research, participatory approaches and impact assessment of agricultural projects. He has worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation resource personnel for organizations such as CAB International (CABI), ASARECA, International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) and Nkoola Institutional Development Associates (NIDA). He has co-authored a number of publications which are available on-line.
