Three Msc students defend their thesis

Three MSc students have defended their thesis in March at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciecnes of the University of Abomey-Calavi under the BAOCHAIN project “Scaling up African baobab food products valuation through enhancement of their safety and value chains for food and nutritional security in Benin” funded by the RUFORUM CARP+ project through MasterCard Foundation.

 

The three students included

FASSINOU Kevin who worked on the Formulation of complementary food supplement based on three local food ingredients to alleviate iron deficiencies among under five years old children in Benin under the supervision of Prof CHADARE Flora, a Food Scientist and Nutritionist at the University of Abomey-Calavi

 

 

 

 

AGBOHESSOU Mariette who worked on Vegetative propagation of African baobab tree Adansonia digitata L. in Benin under the supervision of Prof ASSOGBADJO Achille the PI of the project and the co-supervision of Dr SALAKO Valère and Dr IDOHOU Rodrigue, two collaborators scientists in the project at the University of Abomey-Calavi
