MEDICAL AND TRAVEL INSURANCE
Delegates are expected to meet their own medical related costs and also have a valid travel insurance.
Yellow Fever Vaccinations: All travelers are required to have a yellow fever vaccination prior to travelling to Lilongwe. PLEASE REMEMBER TO CARRY YOUR VACCINATION CARD WITH YOU.
Delegates coming from countries whose nationals are required to have visas prior to entry into the Republic of Kenya are strongly advised to obtain their visas well in advance at their nearest Kenya Mission abroad before travelling. However, where it is not possible to get the visa in advance, a visa can be obtained at the port of entry in Kenya upon getting prior authorization by the Immigration Department of the Republic of Kenya. This authorization is in form of a Visa Letter, which is issued by the Immigration Department to the traveler before he/she travels.
